Who we are
Dominion Consultants Limited provides consultancy to the ICM Group, who have specialised in yachting and aviation services for private and corporate owners and operators, company and trust formation and accounting services for over twenty five years. The ICM Group includes well known companies such as Dominion Marine Corporate Services, Martyn Fiddler Associates Limited, ICM Aviation and One Accounts.
Dominion Consultants opened a new office in Antibes, France, in October 2010, which is managed by Jackie Baker, a consultant who has worked in the yachting and maritime industry for more than twenty years. Location details can be found on our contact us page.
What we do
Consultancy services include the following:
- Yacht services: corporate ownership structures, pleasure and commercial yacht registration, VAT expertise, importation into the EU, crew payroll solutions, crew bank accounts and marine technical services including Mini ISM
- Aviation services: ownership structures, aircraft registration, importation into the EU, helicopter freight
- Finance and Banking services: crew bank accounts, asset finance sourcing, banking solutions
- Accountancy services: annual accounts, tax returns, VAT registration and returns, bookkeeping
- Company and Trust formation: company incorporation and administration, Trust formation and administration
